Community Occupants Flee As Militants Allegedly Beheads A Security Officer In Bayelsa State


Occupants of Ndoro community in Ekeremor Local Government Area of Bayelsa have fled the territory following the claimed executing of a security agent by militants. 
Reports from an occupant in the community, Mr Henshaw Ebi, has it that the security official was consulting with the leader of the Militant group in the zone to surrender their arms when the episode happened. 
"The people of the community was tossed into worry and individuals started to escape in huge numbers since Monday when the dormant body of the 'security emissary' was found in the community without his head. 
The casualty can't be recognized in light of the fact that his head is missing and he's on plain clothes". 
The fear is that the military may come after those capable any minute from now and attack the community. 
The people of the community has been abandoned as we talk because of dread of unavoidable manhunt for the militants behind the obnoxious act".  Ebi said. 
Notwithstanding, Bayelsa Government in a response to the improvement said on Friday that there was no reason to worry. 
The Government approached escaping individuals from the community and asked them to return home as the circumstance had been brought under control.
