Boko Haram Ambush Army Commanding Officer's Envoy In Maiduguri/Damboa Highway, Killing Six Soldiers.
A report from Sahara Reporters claims that six soldiers have been keen killed on Thursday, 19th October by suspected Boko Haram terrorists, they an ambushed on the convoy of a Nigerian Senior Military officer.
According to the report, Nigerian Army commanding officer's convoy was traveling along the road near Bulabilin, a village along the Maiduguri/Damboa Highway when it suddenly came under attack by the terrorists.
The source said:
Our convoy came under terrorist attack yesterday, a few kilometers after Bulabilin when the commanding officer of Bulabilin village was going to Damboa. Unrepentant terrorists killed our soldiers and seriously wounded others.He added that the wounded soldiers have been taken to the military hospital in Maiduguri for treatment.
