Popular Gay Site Owner Jumps From Tower, Dies Instantly


Gauteng police have confirmed the death of the co-founder of the first world gay dating site Gaydar. 

According to BuzzFeed News, the 51-year-old South African died on 11th of November 2017. He crashed through a glass canopy and landed on a waiting limousine after falling from a 23rd floor in Michelangelo Towers hotel, Johannesburg.


The 51-year-old is believed to have checked into the towers for one night on Friday and allegedly jumped to his death the following morning.


Police's Mathapelo Peters said: 
“Police confirmed that a 51-year-old male jumped to his death from the 23rd floor of Michelangelo Towers. The man was certified dead on the scene by paramedics''
 Captain Kay Makhubele said:
 'Police searched the apartment rented by the deceased and no suicide note was found. The motive behind the incident is unknown and the police are investigating.
